Welcome Drink: Enjoy a welcome drink at our restaurant before heading to the traditional market. Our chef will recommend dishes to cook and provide guidelines on ingredients.
Learn Vietnamese Basics: Learn essential Vietnamese phrases to communicate with local shopkeepers. How to bargain? How to greet someone? How to ask for prices?
Market Tour: The tour guide and chef will take you to the traditional market to buy all the necessary ingredients.
Preparation: Wash and prepare raw foods. The chef will demonstrate how to identify local ingredients and their flavors, and how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes.
Cooking and Dining: Cook the dishes and enjoy them with fellow participants, sharing experiences.
